Delicious BBQs!
We use premium & quality products to grill up some absolutely delicious bbq items. These BBQs help support all our other programs, as well as help us start new ones!!
Find us volunteering at our local Canada Day BBQ (down by the park, behind the brown pavilion, in front of the towering row of trees) and at the Sunflower Festival BBQ (in front of #99 Main St). We will have footlong all beef hotdogs, all beef burgers (try our Highlander specialty!), tasty big sausages, kids meals, snacks, drinks, and more!
We love offering NEW items & keeping it as organic as we can, which helps keep our community events fresh & exciting! We volunteer our time and put the money back into local community projects.

Train Rides!
We volunteer our time to make special appearances with our train in our local community events, ie Canada Day (weather permitting). Our train also makes an appearance at our Easter Egg Hunt & Fall Pumpkin Hunt.

Teddy Bear Picnic
We sponsor and help organize the annual Teddy Bear Picnic. This is another beloved community program that was lost many years ago. We are excited to help bring it back!

Beautify The Community
We run a project called Beautify the Community. We team up with local volunteers to plant trees in the Almaguin Highlands and run annual road clean-ups in town.

Christmas Angel's Tree
We volunteer to help organize the collection & distribution of Christmas gifts to seniors and families at Christmas time.

Breakfast with Santa
Our breakfast with Santa is a fundraiser at Christmas time. We volunteer our time and team up with other members of our community to host & cook a delicious breakfast. All funds support local families at Christmas time.

Summer Sports Camp
This has become our community's annual beloved summer camp. Jocelyn and Maiya volunteer to organize and run the program. Bill volunteers on Fridays to take the kids fishing on his 'Pirate' ship! He also donates the use of his boat, property, and amenities for the summer. At just $100/camper for a full week of outdoor adventure, this is a highly sought after camp that is full (with a waitlist) every year! Funds are put back into campers during their week at summer camp and any remaining funds are put back into bringing more new exciting programs to town.

Lake Bernard Swim Lessons
Bill revitalized an old beloved swim program that was lost to our community many years ago. The Copeman family volunteers their time to help with registration and donate swim gear annually, as needed, to help keep the registration costs low ($25 covers the costs of our swim instructor).

Almaguin Highlands Trails Club
Jacqui and Jocelyn founded & run a free outdoor trails club. Copeman Tree Farms donates their land for winter meet-ups and plan other meet-ups throughout the summer on different trails and lakes within Almaguin.
