Summer Sports Camp
2026 Request Form OPEN (below)

June 29-July 3, ages 8-11 -- FULL / WAITLIST

July 13-17, ages 6-12 -- FULL / WAITLIST

Our goal is to get kids outside! Our campers work together. They practice their social and collaboration skills to choose from an exciting variety of sports, games, crafts and arts: kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming, making sand castles, creating clay sculptures & painting them, fishing on our Pirate Ship pontoon boat, beach badminton, soccer, kickball, gaga ball, hockey, volleyball, basketball, yoga etc. We do face painting, make friendship bracelets, make Harry Potter wands, colour/paint, play games and enhance everything we do with music! We even plan visits to: the splash pad & park, the library, SweatStudio, and sometimes we even visit the arena and local hiking trails!

About our Camp Leaders:

She is a past attendee of the Ontario Educational Leadership Centre and continues to attend annual USA/Canada Leadership Forums. Her years of experience include: Montessori teacher, substitute gym teacher, sports complex manager, summer camp leader, special events manager, and 25+ years as an avid volunteer for local community events.

Her daughter, Maiya, is in high school and loves the arts. She has also played softball and basketball for her school. She is the current Stage Manager for all senior productions and was 1 of just 15 students selected to attend a educational trip to Broadway for the past three years, where she completed intensive leadership workshops with Broadway actors. Maiya was also selected and attended Georgetown University in Washington D.C. for their National Student Leadership & Service Conference in the Summer of 2025.
